All The Running Motivation You Will Ever Need

Sometimes we have 100 reasons for losing our motivation to run. And, sometimes I have close to 100 inspiring mantras to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

It doesn’t matter where you are in your running adventure – at some point; you are going to lack motivation. That’s not to say that you are not committed, because you are. But, you just might not be as motivated to lace up those shoes and head out for a run in the sub Artic temperatures [I know that’s not just me talking..].

So, read up. Draw some motivation. My Square World friends always have the best advice:

If you want to fly, give up everything that weighs you down. –Buddha

Working hard for something we love is called P A S S I O N.

Patience is a virtue.
