Initial Consultation 45 Minute Phone Call, $25

1 hour call to provide feedback on your consultation form and a [w]holistic review of goals, with movement [training] as the primary focus. During this call, programming philosophy will be explained and a plan proposal will be shared. This call is highly interactive and topics should be directed by you. Customized Month-to-Month Programming $150/first month, $100/continued months

Month-to-month programing written specific to your goals and life balance. Programming is hybrid, inclusive of cardio endurance work, strength training and recovery. You will receive unlimited guidance from your coach via email [text, Trainerize message] and along one phone call per week. This programming is recommended for highly motivated individuals who feel confident they can execute a written plan. This programming is contingent on interaction – you can expect weekly update/check in requests for continuous feedback, evaluation and plan adaptation if needed.

Payment due prior to program release. Pay month to month or purchase 3+ months of programming and receive 10% off.

Health Coaching Packages Pricing Based on Number of Sessions

Coaching sessions are progressive, interactive and individually customized, with a focal point of nutrition.  You will receive unlimited guidance from your coach via a 1 hour video conference or telephone call [client preference]. Coaching sessions include conversation on topics such as: goal setting, food journaling, nutrition education and guidance, nutrition recommendations, substitutions and additions [inclusive of supplementation to fill gaps where food falls short], bio-individuality, food to fit lifestyle, grocery shopping and meal prep tips and more. This programming is recommended for individuals who are looking for “face to face” interaction and open ended conversation on healthy lifestyle balance. The coaching is contingent on active participation – email check-in and follow up, food journaling and small “homework” assignments should be anticipated.

Pricing Details:

1 session –  $100 

4 sessions – $300

8 sessions – $600 

12 sessions – $720

Payment due prior to first session. All sessions must be used within 6 months of start date. For 8 and 12 session packages, 50% of payment is due prior to the first session, with the remaining balance due at the half use point. All payment options will be discussed during initial consultation.
