Snacks are among some of the hardest things to come up with. We find that by making healthier versions of our favorite foods helps keep us more on track. Give these homemade, simple, protein cookies a try. Great for post workout or just a midday pick me up.
?1 cup quick oats
?2 scoops vanilla undenatured whey protein*
?1/4 cup chocolate chips
?1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
?1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- Preheat over to 350.
- Combine, stir and mix ingredients. Play with unsweetened applesauce amount – the cookie batter just needs to be sticky.
- Shape into golf sized balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 12 minutes.
